Luxury Camps in Haridwar Maha Kumbh Mela 2010

Hamara Holiday is offering luxury camps in Kumbh Mela with association with Leisure Camps, Leisure Group is offfering luxury tented accommodation to pilgrims visiting Haridwar during the three-month long Maha Kumbh Mela this year. The group has a capacity to set up total 65 tents at Lahori House on Niranjani Akhara road and Beragi Camp site. While 19 luxury tents are already operational at Lahori House, almost 45 tents will be set up near Beragi Camp site by end of this month. For the same, the hotel has taken the land on lease for six months from the state government and work for setting up tents at the site is fast progressing.

At Lahori House, a heritage property acquired by the hotel group, luxury superior category tents have been set up in three levels – on the terrace, courtyard area and near the Ghat – with all amenities like attached bath, running hot and cold water, 24-hr room service, etc. Situated on the banks of the River Ganges, the property has own private bathing Ghat. The visitors and guests can enjoy food at the open courtyard where the hotel has facilities to offer Continental, Chinese and regional vegetarian Indian cuisines.

The Beragi Camp site has both superior and deluxe category tents. The tariff for twin sharing superior category tented accommodation is Rs 8,500 with breakfast, lunch and dinner, including pick up and drop; the deluxe category tents will cost Rs 7,000 with same facilities. Except for the size of the tents, amenities are the same in both the categories.
